How Kick Fall AU Interactive Pty Ltd collects, uses and protects personal information on kickfallau.com, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where relevant, the EU GDPR.

We collect the information you give us directly through forms and email: your name, email address, phone number if provided, service requests, order details for merch and booking notes for coaching, workshops and events.
We also collect limited technical data when you browse: pages visited, approximate region, device type and referral source. This arrives through privacy-conscious analytics that does not build individual profiles.
2. How we use your information
We use your details to answer enquiries, deliver booked services, fulfil merch orders, run the beta testing program, administer tournament entries and send service-related updates you asked for.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing. If we ever want to feature your clip, map or test result publicly, we ask first.
3. Sharing and third parties
We share data only where needed to deliver a service: payment processors for purchases, shipping carriers for physical merch, and Discord where you choose to join community channels. Links to Google Play open in a store environment governed by Google's own policies.

Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the service or legal obligations. Enquiry records are purged after 24 months of inactivity.

Our services are directed at players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; parents may contact us to remove any such data.
