1. Acceptance
By browsing kickfallau.com, submitting a form, purchasing a service or joining our community channels you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
The portal offers community services including coaching sessions, custom design commissions, level design consulting, media kits, tournament organisation, clip editing, beta program membership, fan merch and sponsored placements. Each service is delivered under the description and quote confirmed in writing at booking.
We may decline a booking where a request conflicts with community standards, legal requirements or practical limits. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
3. Community rules
When you submit content (clips, maps, feedback, reviews) you confirm you own it or have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the portal. Content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading may be removed without notice.
4. Payments
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken through the link sent with your confirmed quote. Bookings are not final until payment clears. Recurring memberships renew monthly until cancelled.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules differ per service and are set out in our Refund Policy. In short: sessions reschedule free within the notice window, digital goods are refundable before delivery, and physical merch carries a replacement guarantee.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and commissioned works are protected. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Game IP belongs to DaveXP; this portal operates as an independent fan community.
7. Liability
The site and services are provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect losses, interrupted service or outcomes inside the game itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
