Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Sessions and bookings

Coaching sessions, workshops and consulting calls can be rescheduled free up to 12 hours before the start time. Inside 12 hours, a reschedule is at the provider's discretion. If we cancel a session you receive a full refund or a replacement slot, your choice.

2. Digital goods

Media kits, digital sticker packs, wallpapers and design files are refundable before the download link is first accessed. Once delivered and downloaded, digital goods are not refundable except where required by law. Design commissions are refundable at 50% if you cancel after the concept pass stage, and non-refundable after final delivery.

3. Physical merch

Sticker sheets and prints damaged in transit are replaced free with a photo of the damage. Because drops are printed in batches, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused; return postage is on the buyer.

4. Memberships

The beta testing program can be cancelled any time; access runs to the end of the paid cycle. We do not refund partial cycles, except where a cycle materially failed to deliver its builds, in which case we refund that month in full.

5. Events and tournaments

Event bookings cancelled more than 14 days out are refunded in full. Inside 14 days, refunds depend on costs already incurred, documented to you. If we cancel the event, all fees are refunded in full.

6. Your ACL rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy: repair, replacement or refund depending on the failure.

7. How to claim

Email [email protected] with your booking or order reference and 'Refund' in the subject. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
